1. Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
Yes you will have the same cleaner each visit unless annual leave has been requested or your cleaner calls in sick. In both cases you will be notified and offred the choice of a cover cleaner.
2. Will someone cover if my cleaner is on leave or sick?
Yes but in both cases you will receive a call from one of our team offering you the choice of cover.
3. Are staff DBS checked and vetted?
Yes all of our staff are DBS checked and vetted by us.
4. How do I pay for my cleaning?
Cleanmates customers most popular choice of payment is via Direct Debit however we do accept cheque payments (£1.50 charge applies per cheque) and BACS.
5. Who supplies the products and equipment?
For regular cleaning our customers provide both the chemicals and equipment. This eases logistics for our staff and gives customers the choice of products used in their homes.
6. Do I need to provide a key?
If you are going to be in on the day of your cleaning you will not need to provide a key, however if you are going to be out each visit a key will need to be provided. We cannot accept keys being left under mats, plant pots etc as if this is forgotten on the day you will be charged the full rate of your clean.
7. What if we go on holiday?
Cleanmate allows up to 2 cancellations a year for holidays but anything over this will be charged at full rate to avoid inconsistencies in your cleaners rota and loss of wages.
8. Can I meet the cleaner before they start?
Yes you can arrange to meet your cleaner before they start by contacting our office team or by arranging with your property assessor.
9. My last provider cut time, how do I know it won’t happen with your company?
We have the latest state of the art tracking system with timeline feed straight to our office to monitor our staffs movements throughout their working day. This will monitor their approach to your property, movement in your property as well as departure from your property.
10. Are your staff self employees?
No all of our staff are employed direct through Cleanmate Ltd
