Staff training is a vital key. This is why all our staff receive one to one training as well as quarterly staff meetings to keep everyone up to date with changes in the company.
When it comes to training our staff, we do not just show them a premise and expect them to get on with it. Each member has to be comfortable and confident in their position before they are allowed to work within a team or independently.
This includes:
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Open and lock up procedures
- Technics to improve efficiency
- Importance of the clocking in and out (Lone working)
